Formed in 2002, Waveland manages approximately $600 million in assets with the dual bottom line goals of investor return and economic development.

• Community Development Investment

  • Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Waveland Community Development, is one of the largest recipients of the U.S. Treasury's New Market Tax Credit Program, having received $185 million in tax credits since 2005.  These tax credits have been monetized and invested in a variety of operating businesses and commerical real estate projects across the United States.
